This place is not too bad for the money. Our appliances were really old, however, and our carpet was disgusting (holes, and lots of stains). Overall, the apartment itself was pretty small, though it had 2 bedrooms. The management is okay--they're a bit Nazi-ish (especially when it comes to dogs), but overall not bad.
Something that I definitely didn't like: Cars get broken into a lot at Ivy Park -- my friend's was broken into 3 times in 1 year.
So, anyway, if you're looking for a cheap, convenient place to live, it works. If you're looking for somewhere that's nice and secluded and safe, I'd go elsewhere.
