I lived here forover a year yuck From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   this place seems ok for the price, but there is NO HOT WATER, and they cant seem to fix the problem, even though every day for a year they claimed to fix it, staff rarely there, the apts are dirty on the outside and sick on the inside, there was old food stuck to everything in the kitchen when i moved in, all the wood is rotten, old leaky appliances, pipes stink, its a mess. and because i could not get answers from the apt. manager i called the apt. property owners they are the anderson group, they are extremely rude, they have the worst atitudes, and a lack of respect for there tenents who just need to know when we will get hot water, they are a bad place to live
