ivy parks soon to be known as the 7or 04 on manchaca From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   ivy parks is a total dump! there are many thing that are wrong with the apt complex. 1st and for most is a problem that has pleage the complex since i had moved in and that is the hot water problem! 1 boiler for 7 yes 7 buildings that is old and more than likely has been here since it was built in 85. Now the complex has been sold and they are currently tuning the apt. into condo's to buy not rent ,there by kicking out all the residents who live here. The new owners are making inprovments but they are just surface changes(much of the work is being done off permit from what i have been told so that means no city buliding code inspection will be done!!!)... the old problems that pleage the apt complex still are there just now covered with a freash layer of paint .The new mangement does not care at all about the residents that currently live there at all... and are there to make a quick buck like the new owners/delvopers.The second problem with the place is that there is not enough parking for tennents/guest. There are many other problems with the place as well but i do not feel like writing a book on the place. My advice if looking at the"NEW and IMPROVED" complex is to run away!!! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
