I lived in a 1 bed for a year, then 2 bed for second year. Only moved b/c I wanted washer/dryer in unit.
Even though you're right by Mo-Pac, it's not bad and you never hear the neighbors unless through windows. Not much money put back into the apts though, sigh.
All neighbors are wonderful, it's like a whole community, w/o staff help.
Park under lights unless you want your car broken into.
Overall, a nice, quiet community!
