The management is horriable., They care nothing about you but getting a check. Melissa, Erin and Amanda are SO RUDE!
They will charge you $300 if you are one hour late to turn in your check, no joke we put ours in the drop box at 1am and were charged an outragous amount - READ YOUR CONTRACT! the maitence work is never done on time.
Watch your water bill --- there are leaks all around the complex and will charge you for the problem!
They will keep your deposit. We cleaned our place then had a maid service come in and get things we didn?t also included steam cleaning the carpet and they kept our ENTIRE DEPOSIT. we reported then to the Business Bureau.
PUT EVERYHTING IN WRITING, have them sign it and make a copy!! they lose everything we gave them, service requests, move out notices, packages, contracts, and ect.
The gym is so small you can barely move. AHHH - worst experience of my life! Nothing works properly either!
If you want proof call the secetary of state office and get their complaint records - IT'S HUGE!.
Oh and they gated entrence never works - but it doesnt matter anyway the gate only runs in the front - NOT ALL THE WAY AROUND! it's false security!
The dumpster is always overflowing and it SMELLS! they will go through your trash and charge you if you leave it next to the dumpster BEACUSE IT WON'T FIT IN THE DUMPSTER!
The grounds are not kept up. the grass is dying from lack of water and all the shrubs have bugs and infections! so do the apts!!!
We had them spray our apt every month and we still had bugs! I'm a neat freak and food was never left out!
Oh and when we requested a walk through when we moved out. we called to confirm the day before, just to make sure they showed and the head witch NEVER SHOWED UP... we called and she said "oh, i guess I just forgot about you" RUDE!
over priced and loud!!
