Worst Complex I've Ever Lived In

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I've had the worst experiences with bad maintenance (lost requests, fixing the wrong thing and waiting over two months to fix a leaky window), paperwork "errors" and bad community upkeep (trash is always overflowing and gates are broken). I've even tried to contact Greystar directly and they handed everything back over to Falcon Ridge. The leasing staff has now changed hands and things were getting better, but not enough to make me stay. Save yourself some major stress and hassles and move somewhere else--across the street will get you the same location!!
