I love the location of these apartments. Everything you want is around (i.e. HEB, Albertsons, restaurants, and highways).
However, the management focuses on petty little things, like trash not disposed of correctly and noise and not large issues like resident safety. In the few months I have lived here there have already been 2 gun shootings. Did the apartment write us and inform us of the problems' NO! We continue to get letters reguarding keeping your dog on a leash, cleaning up after your dog, and noise. Somehow informing us about gun problems is not a priority. My previous apartment informed us whenever there was a car break-in or any other type of safety issue. They would tell us to be careful. Falcon Ridge doesn't care. Apparently they don't agree with me that resident safety is the upmost concern, not dog poop!! I don't feel safe here anymore!!
