Good start - bad ending . . .

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I will say that they have a very courteous staff - but that is to overshadow all of the other problems.
* be careful when u go to the spa/pool area - lots of fire ants and bugs
* one local trash drop off that is weekly backed up
* weekends are always noisy (thurs - sun)
* you get a good rate going in, but good renters don't get a good renewal lease
* no more cares team
* parking is not good - you'll get lots of dents in your car
* dog owners are not courteous - they let their dog go anywhere
You can get more for your money elsewhere!
