I just left Falcoln Ridge and was sad to go. The complex is large and very quiet for the most part. The residents are very courteous and I never saw any problems there. Compared to other places in South/Central Austin this place is immaculate. The maintence crew were by far head and shoulders above anywhere else I have ever stayed, all of my requests were handled in a timely fashion and in most cases were resolved the SAME DAY! The entire staff in general was friendly and professional, I never had a problem living there at all. Once you meet the staff I'm sure you will see exatly what I'm talking about. The only reason we left was because we are saving money for a house and thier rates on one bedrooms were a little high for us, but their two bedrooms are a steal for the price and service you will recieve. If you want the south austin flavor with none of the ghetto aftertaste this is the place for you. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Has anyone noticed that all the positive remarks are regarding how wonderful the staff is? Seems a little suspicious. Other sites include comments about the apartments themselves in addition to feedback on staff. Kinda makes you wonder whose writing the positive remarks...
