I actually rent at Falcon Ridge now (looking for a new place) and there are plenty of things worong with this complex.
1) There is a safety issue, I have seen police crime unit vehicles on the complex grounds several times. I also heard gunshots in the complex about two months ago.
Not to mention the police sirens passing by every 2 hours.
2) The management staff is very contridicting. You talk to one person they tell you it's ok to do this, and the next day another person tells you it's not.
3)Like everybody else mentioned the trash problem is still on going now. The parking is horrible. They concuct these regularly smoke alarm checks, but mine has been broken for a while.
