i lived in falcon ridge in 2002-2003, I gave them notice and subleased the apartment. Apparently the person it was subleased to didn't work out- so they put a charge on my credit rating that 1. I never gave them notice 2. i just broke the lease and moved out 3. that I didn't pay my last months rent (including the late fee, and the 5.00 a day for 100 days) 4. that I took off with the keys 5. that they had to treat my carpet for fleas- my dog is highly allergic to fleas, he has been on several different medications to keep them away and 6. that I didn't clean at all. I was very cordial and professional about my move. I put up with the leaky ceiling and worthless maintenance, and they had the gall to react like children and put 3600$ worth of baseless claims on my credit report, none of which I can dispute because it's their word against mine. If they would do this to me they will do it to anyone- keep all of your paperwork, and apparently you shouldn't cross the folks at falcon ridge!

This is the same situation we are facing right now. Beware, these people only want your money and will not hesitate screwing your credit report.
