I've lived here for about 9 months and I can say without a doubt this is the best complex I have ever lived in. Seems to me some of the complaints on here are from people who have totally unrealistic expectations of what living in an apartment is like.
First of all this is the only place I've ever lived in where my rent went DOWN after my lease was up. In many other places you can expect an increase of $50-$100. My neighbors are not too loud and don't keep me awake but I don't feel like I have to tiptoe around my apartment after 10 pm either. Maintenance fixes all problems quickly and the staff is really nice. My only complaint is that parking can be a pain but even then there are always spaces, you just can't always park right by your front door. Overall a great complex.
