I have lived in the community since it opened. Further, I am the only tenant to live in my apartment. Yes, there have been personnel changes; however, I have always been treated with the highest level of courtesy and appreciation.

Service/maintenance requests have been completed in timely fashion. Parking has never been an issue.

Each time I renewed the personnel gave me the best rate possible. Initially, I did compare renewal rates with other communities. With all things considered, Falcon Ridge was the best choice.

Each time I enter the office, provided they are not assisting someone, I am greeted warmly and by name.

I receive and ship numerous packages freqently. The staff has never shown any frustration or indifference.

To date the Falcon Ridge team has been great to me. And for that reason I will be renewing my lease. Moreover, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.
