Yo!

Unsatisfied

I have only lived at the apartment couple of days. However, I am not satisfied with my move in to Falcon Ridge. Managers didnt seem enthusiastic when I moved into the apartment. I had to ask for my guest gatecode and all other codes. I understand that the apartment was used, there was a previous tenant before me. But there were so many scratches on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Floors had stain. It seems as if they didnt change or fix anything.. left it as is. I paid $739 for the biggest one bedroom, I dont think that is an excuse not to replace the cabinets. I am really glad that they are willing to fix the scratches and all other things that was wrong with the apartment. When I first moved into the apartment, I was greeted by my very noisy neighbor upstairs. I kept on hearing loud "bang" troughout the day. It was very annoying. I thought a new apartment would have a better insulation but I was wrong. I didnt pay $739 to hear my neighbors banging, jumping, running, moving furnitures. I live on the second floor and I understand that I have a neigbor downstairs so I always pace myself quietly. My neigbors upstairs just dont seem to understand because they moved furnitures at 7AM while I was asleep! My friend's apartment (Cannon Place) which is older than Falcon Ridge has a better insulation!
If you are student, have lived in a student apartment at Riverside/Pleasent Valley. This place may seem heaven because you will not hear any gunshot, ambulance, police siren, helicopter. The biggest one bedroom is very spacious plus if you get the first and second floor there is a media center which is cool :) My only complaint is my neighbors and the fact that when I moved in nothing felt like new. I came to Falcon Ridge to get away from the noise of student apartment, but here I am stuck with my loud neighbors. Falcon Ridge was not what I thought a luxury, peaceful apartment should be. I couldve save my money and go to an older apartment. I will upgrade my comments once i lived here long enough.
