Broken A/C; management doesn't care. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   It is 100 degrees outside everyday and the A/C is broken in the apartment. The management was told a month ago and someone finally came out to look at it last week. Then he said there is nothing they can do about it. How convenient! There is a HUGE pile of bird poop outside on the walkway now for 3 months, they have yet to clean it up upon numerous requests. The water smells like mildew in the ice machine. It was also said that nothing can be done about it. Anytime there is a request, it takes about 2 weeks before someone comes by, and then they do nothing to fix the problems. This place is a dump.
