I have been at Falcon Ridge for over a year and signed a second lease. At first, I loved it asside from some annoyances. I was given a note on my door telling me that because I had not paid my rent by the 5th that I was to move out by the 8th (unconditional)! A little extreme I thought for late rent payment. After a phone call with the office, I was told that I just needed to pay rent and could stay. It seems they have a few loopholes in the lease that can come back to bite you. I will not be renewing again.
