The price were cheap here until it was bought out by JPI and now prices are 12% higher than before. The prices are the same as Alexian and Regency near by but Falcon Ridge is below quality compared to them. Also I have a big problem with the new JPI management...they don't have social hour or monthly news letters. The main reason I'm not staying here is that one girl got raped and it hasn't been reported to the tenants here. I'm scared and don't want to live here anymore. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
