I have lived here since June 2006 and have had nothing but bad experiences with the Management. I had a dog stay with me for a few weeks(big mistake!) and the carpet was ruined so I contacted the office about getting it replaced. I was told I had to wait until my lease expired (in 3 months) but I would also be getting free "upgrades" along with new carpetting. I was told I would be getting new track lighting, laminate wood floors,painted accent wall,and a new chandelier. This all sounded good so I decided to wait. When the time came to "upgrade" , I was told that now I could only choose ONE of the upgrades. And just to give you an example of how Management handles things, the carpet did get replaced but they did not replace the padding or clean the slab underneath. This is critical when you have had pet damage, and they knew this but did nothing about it. Communication is terrible, dont expect to ever get a call back from anyone. Save yourself a lot of stress and trouble and try Alexan City Lights across the street. I will be moving out when new lease expires (yes I made the mistake of signing a new one)

I agree. Move across the street. This place is not worth the price.

This place is definitely NOT worth the price and the new management keeps increasing the rent. It's already to high for the service they provide.
