not bad, but some things could improve

We have been here for a year now. Although the new management has done a lot of big things to the property, they are losing the little things that I liked about the old managent. Yes, they repainted, and put lots of nice plants and remodeled the gym (which is very nice now), but the property is getting really trashed out. There is lots of garbage and beer cans throughout the parking lots. The office staff seems understaffed all the time. They almost never answer the phone and I always have to wait when I go up there to talk to someone. But they are nice and helpful when you finally get ahold of them. The courtesy officer is very good. The couple times I've had problems with noisy neighbors that I don't feel like getting up and messing with, he is always very quick to quiet them down. The complex is also not in the best part of town, but I have live in worse parts (east oltorf). Overall its not bad, but there are things that could improve. Also, with the price increase I won't be renewing.

I think this place is nice if you have absolutely NO standard of living.
