Well, I was on this site looking for a new place to live and decided to write about my experiences at Falcon Ridge. I lived here for about 2 yrs. and have not have many major problems. The reason that I am not renewing is that the new management has raised the rent too much. It is no longer worth the price. There are problems here with parking and the trash situation is horrible. The new management seems to have a pretty high turnover rate from what I can tell. They seem to be understaffed most of the time. Work orders take a long time to get fixed so I'm guessing the maint. staff is understaffed also. Obviously I'm moving out so I would not recommend this place. Also, the sign says "luxury" apt. homes but this is not luxury. There is a lot of noise. Bottom line, you can probably find a better place for what they charge here.
