I am currently in the process of leaving Jefferson at Falcon Ridge and I urge you to NOT live here.
The management is absolutely pathetic. Apparently JPI's only credientials for working for the complex is that you have to be capable of breathing. The blonde bimbos the complex has hired are completely incompetent. I have to ask each time I pay my rent for a receipt and each time have to explain WHY i need a receipt (NOTE: If for some ungodly reason you DO move here, ALWAYS ask for a receipt. I had to show them my bank records TWICE to show that they cashed my rent checks).
Furthermore the apartments are ridiculously overpriced. They're ------ apartments with thin walls and crown molding that clearly was just thrown up to give the illusion of craftsmanship.
F*** this place, its bloody awful to live in.

The newer blonde girl only seems to be good at flirting with the guys at the complex. It has gotten pathetic.
