I was reading these reviews and thought people might want to hear something from a satisfied resident. I currently live at Jefferson at Falcon Ridge and I have had no problems. I only pay a little over $900 for a two bedroom-two bath with wood flooring and a great view of the greenbelt. My building is in the back and very quiet. I have had very few maintenance issues, but they have always been handled promptly. But my favorite thing about this place is the staff. I live by the manager, who is a really cool guy, and the office is full of hot blondes! But seriously, they have all been super nice and made my stay here a pleasurable one. I am definitely looking forward to the next scheduled resident activity!

I always find it amusing when management or friends/neighbors of management come on here and try to paint a pretty picture of complex. Truth is, most, maybe not all, residents are really unsatisfied with the direction the complex is going. No apartment is perfect, but there are too many problems here to ignore. As for the "Hot blondes" in the office, their main purpose seems to be to flirt with the male residents. I reported a problem about 2 weeks ago. Nothing has been done yet. When they tell you there is a "24 hour guarantee" on maintence issues, don't believe it. I've never had anything fixed within 24 hours. Bottom line, save your money, save your sanity and look elsewhere. Don't fall for the pitch you are given during the tour, it turns out to be b.s. once you actually sign the lease. Can't wait until mine is up.

You have a view of the greenbelt? Buddy where do you think you're living. The only "green" area you can see from falconridge are seweage release ponds. Sorry...but this isn't even close to "greenbelt living." I agee with the other poster, sure its great if there are attractive people working in an office-if they do their job! I urge you all to really scan your leases and see if you can get out of them. 24 hour maintance is promised in your lease, tell them that you want things fixed or you are within your legal rights to leave without penalty

Interestly enough, I found these comments to be untruthful. I have lived in these apartments for close to two years and found the staff to be very friendly, efficient, and have never had a problem with getting my requests taken care of. I have read numerous "blurbs" which by nature are sexist and single out "blondes." Quite disturbing! I have witnessed on several occasions, current residents, behaving in the most inappropriate manner when registering a complaint or comment. To the "blondes" credit, on each occurrence, their responses were professional and quite controlled. I have enjoyed living here and feel quite safe, knowing that the management staff takes the time to get to know the residence and takes care of business.
