Interestly enough, I found these comments to be untruthful. I have lived in these apartments for close to two years and found the staff to be very friendly, efficient, and have never had a problem with getting my requests taken care of. I have read numerous "blurbs" which by nature are sexist and single out "blondes." Quite disturbing! I have witnessed on several occasions, current residents, behaving in the most inappropriate manner when registering a complaint or comment. To the "blondes" credit, on each occurrence, their responses were professional and quite controlled. I have enjoyed living here and feel quite safe, knowing that the management staff takes the time to get to know the residence and takes care of business.

I do agree with the poster that the management has been doing a good job lately. They seem to be trying to keep residents happy and they are very nice. However, there are problems at the apts. that are beyond the control of the management such as the cheap construction which allows you to hear everything your neighbor does. I can literally hear every step the the upstairs neighbor takes. Also, the parking is getting continually worse. Maybe with the economy, more people are getting roomates or allowing their friends to stay over more. I'm not sure of the reason but it has been harder to find a parking spot over the past couple of months. Again, that is not in the control of the management, they did not design the parking lot.
