I suppose when I leased here almost two years ago the going rate was good for the apartment but when prices when down (way down, $80 less than my lease) and my lease was up for renewal they did not offer me the new going rate. Fine, the place is usually clean and their maintenance staff is very helpful (if they ever get your message). But the gate did not work for at least seven months of the time I lived there. My AC went out during the triple digit days and they told me NOTHING was wrong with my unit. The girls at the front, as cute as they are, are the most incompetent group of blondes I've ever met. When I could go in there, all they had to say is that they couldn't help me. There was no point. Parking SUCKED in some parts of the complex. Cars are being broken into on a daily basis and the complex is horribly lit as night so you don't feel safe walking around. And there are no speed bumps so people fly through the parking lot and have almost hit me and my dog on several occasions!

i agree... the gate is always broken... but, never get a break on rent, thought that was why rent was so high(gated community)... what a joke... management complains about f'n cigarette butts but, there is freakn dog ---- every where... wonder whats more important? funny thing is i dont even smoke or own a pet... this sucks cant wait 2 move!!!!
