After a year they tried to bump my rent $50 in a slow economy...after calling them two weeks prior and they said no increase is planned.

The traffic down the main entrance is very excessive and I personally have had confrontations with people I asked to slow down...both residences and peopel using the apartments to cut through from 620 to Parmer Lane.

I've asked them to add additional speed bumps but nothing yet after months of complaining.

There is no control over the pool area and is normally over run with people coming there that do not live there.

If it were not such a pain to move again after one year, I would have moved.

The office staff has changed several times since I have been here in one year's time.

Apartments are ok, but nothing that nicer than anything else I looked at...

Parking is not good.
