Pleasure becomes PAIN!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
In 2003 when I first looked at Jefferson Center I thought it was way too nice, but I could not afford to live in such a great apartment complex.
A few months later I found out that they were offering Specials to people at my workplace. So we moved in. When we moved in they made us jump through hoops to get into the complex. We had to have adaquate income, good references, and no criminal history. They were very hard on us because we were 3 guys moving into a 3 bedroom and they didnt want the complex to become party central.
This was under JPI but with a different management team. The first 6 months were great, but I think I really should have paid attention to the fact that they changed office staff almost every two weeks.
Well party central It is become.
There are underage drinking "Frat Boy" and "Party/Jock" types at the pool, in the business and entertainment center at all hours.
I can not count the number of times I have come upon people having sex in the hot tub.
The noise of my neighbors wakes me up at all hours. But the woman upstairs is convinced it is us, even though the courtesy officer has come over on multiple occasions and said there was no noise in our apartment.
The stairwells and inner hallways reek of cigarett smoke and have butts everywhere on weekends.
Residents track mud and durt into the parking lot by going mudding in the fields between us and the adjacent athletic facility.
Theft, car break in's and vandalism are common.
The place is running down hill so fast that it is sad to see.
They could offer me the place at a 50% discount and I would not stay 1 day past my lease and I am considering ways to break my lease before my car gets stollen like that of 3 of my neighbors.
