I have lived in many cities and many different complexes... This one by far has been my favorite. No issues with management, I asked to get my fan installed and a very friendly mant. guy came to instal it for me that next morning. I love my floor plan and my kitchen. No issues with mold, noise or anything for that matter. Parking sucks, unless you have a garage. But I besides that, I am really enjoying my new place :)

That's so opposite of my feelings of this place. I hated my floor plan. It was a two bedroom and you could see the ENTIRE apartment while standing at the front door. The living room was so small that when we complained about how the actual unit was different from the one we saw when we signed up they offered to let us see one of the staff member's apartments to see how she set her furniture up. We ended up having to get rid of our coffee table because it didn't fit and had to put our couch and love seat at a weird angle right next to each other. I didn't have issues with mold or noise either. Parking was terrible, unles you parked during the day, forget night time. We lived at three different complexes in Austin and this was actually my least favorite. We regreted moving from Riverlodge for this place. Hope this helps! Lived there from 2006-2007

I am also in a two bed, one bath (prob the same floorplan). I completely understand what you mean about the living room. I however just split all of my things due to a divorce, so I only have a loveseat and end table. I can't imagine trying to fit a whole living room set in here. It wouldn't fit :) It is a lot different from the model they show everyone!!
