I have lived in Jefferson Center, now Artisan for 4 yrs, and it's time to move to a better complex for me. Artisan has really gone downhill since the new management tok over, loud music, lots of through traffic from non-residents, and general lack of care about those of us who pay the rent to live here seems to be the new management theme.

ya I got out of that place in december. I would definitely suggest that you not live at this place. It changed drastically from the time it was sold to the 'Artisan.' They try to make it sound all ritzy but the only thing ritzy about the artisan is its price for rent.
