I've lived at this apartment for 2 years and it's been fine. Rent is way to much for this complex though and you would think after living here 2 years and signing 3 lease contracts they would be grateful, but no, they were not and they RAISE RENT. So be careful if you plan on staying here for longer than one lease term. They also DO NOT CARE if you lose your job or have to transfer jobs, they're just greedy and want your money. They say this is by law, but it is not a law by passed by the Texas Legislature, it's by their own HOA contract, which means THEY DON'T REALLY CARE about tenants and just want more money. Maintenance is great however, always quick to fix anything and that's the main reason we've stayed here for so long. Keep in mind "replacing" anything is not up to the maintenance guys, it depends on how cheap the owners are, and we haven't had any problems with that yet. Last summer our AC broke, they got a completely new unit out the next morning and replaced it, while providing us a temporary cooling system until it was fixed. Every other apartment we've been at takes like a week to get a new AC during the middle of the summer. Staff has been really nice. Great community events, 3-4 every month that usually involve free "good" food. The noise here is like at any other apartment, if you live close to college kids, below overly obese tenants, or your neighbors have dogs then yes it will be noisy. That is unless your apartment walls are made of solid concrete or 3 feet of insulation, good luck finding that.
