I have 2 weeks to decide if I want to renew or find a place closer to downtown/UT for more money but I have not decided yet. I just finished a 1 year lease...

THE BAD THINGS:
-you don't get to meet your future roommates or know anything about them till you move in so unless you move in with people you like you may end up with people you don't. [But this is the same at any of these type places.]

-I got my bike stolen on Thanksgiving while I was just upstairs with friends. Cars get broken into when unlocked, and bikes disappear here all the time.

-They waited 6 months to come to me and tell me I owed them $200 some how and when I'm still not sure about why/ or how I owed it but I paid it. Also it took them 3 weeks to tell me there was something wrong with my rent check, one month and got charged fee's but I could have taken care of it sooner if told sooner. So KEEP ALL PRECEPT'S OF WHAT YOU PAY!

THE GOOD THINGS:

-Apartment was: Clean, quiet, nice furniture, no bug problems at all!, lots of hot water, view of park/ woods off balcony was nice, etc.

-Dishwasher gave some problems but maintenance guys came fast always, and were very nice about taking care of things and answering questions.

-The parking lot was very clean, pool open 24 hours usually an was very nice too. I never used the computer room, game room or fitness center.

-The staff here are very nice. A bit unorganized at times but very friendly and considerate. As for places I have lived this has been one of the best and If I don't renew I will miss it. [They don't offer anything special for renewing]
