OKAY From: summerb12@yahoo.com Date posted: 7/14/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   If you are looking for something convienient and cheap you could live here. I work for another big management company in Austin and live here and I'm sure my Regional Supervisor would fall out of her chair if she knew how horrible the maintenance is and unresponsive the staff is to ANYthing. The 5th night I lived here it rained and I had a major leak coming in from the ceiling. I reported it and no one responded or repaired it until I called again after it had rained again. My overall move in experience was not very welcoming needless to say. With the economy the way it is now days you would think these people would go over and beyond to keep their residents from not moving out.
