The worst apartment

I've been living this apt. since last summer, and I had a lot of bad experience with their management and environment.
I'm looking for new apartment now, eventhough my contract period is not expired yet.
(1) BAD management
Everytime you request maintenance, you have to wait more than one month, and you have to call every day..
They just said "yes, I'll do that today", and that's it. They always lie to you.
(2)RUDE Manager
If you request so many times, they will not answer you anymore.
They don't hear anything from you, and just disconnect phone.
(3) TOO LOUD
Most of complex is too loud, and your complaints will not work.
Manager and your neighbors will just neglect your requests.
(4) TOO Dirty
They don't clean dirty stuff at all.
They just leave glass bottles, bear cans, and food wastes around apartment complex.
Do not rent this apartment
Once you move in, you will live in HELL!
