When I first signed my lease the management was so awesome. They don't have microwaves, or maybe it was just mine, but the leasing agent Misty found me one and gave it to me. Not sure where it came from, but it was super nice of her. They now have a new mgmt. that I am still getting to know, but they seem pretty nice so far. The grounds are very nice and the pool and hot tub are great. I live right by the pool, so especially in the summer things can get pretty wild with all the college students, but believe it or not, sometimes I'll hear them, but the walls are very insulated, so I don't get bothered that much. Also, when I moved in I told Misty that the price was a little more than I was looking for and she knocked it down for me. How awesome! They are very quick to maintenance needs. I had a little roach(palmetto bugs) problem when I moved in, which is one thing I can't live with, and they spray as often as I want, and there hasn't been a problem since. Parking in my area is great, gates always are working and there are never any car break ins at all for me and others I have talked too. Also, the interior is very nice, carpet is real nice and they paint the walls too so not everything is boring white. I defintely recommend this place! 1bdr/1bth
