One of the nicest things about La Mirage is the park-like area in the back. I've seen as many as 7 deer at a time in the driveway in front of my unit (building 10). I've also seen armadillo. I LOVE my 1-bedroom. My boyfriend is paying $100 per month more than me, so you do have to bargain, but it's a great, quiet complex. Yes, the office staff is sometimes weird, but...a small price to pay.

We had deer, armadillo, skunks, raccoon, and possums when I lived there. Plus there were geckos all over the place and scorpions on my patio. It was like wild kingdom, I loved it!
