Good except renewal policies (lots of haggling)

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
I lived here for over two yrs (renewed twice). I'm overall happy with build quality, office staff and security. The parking space is enough normally.
I've also spotted dears several times.
The turnover rate of the staff is quite high.
The bad part is they always charge tenants 5-10% more than the offers for newcomers. The rents varies so much (i.e. for a 2/2 it might be betn 800-1000 ) for the same apartment.
If you get a good deal, it's quite good to live for the duration of the deal (& if you are skilled to bargain a good deal at renewal).
