I am in building 1 and the liars that call themselves apartment managers did not respond to my repeated calls on this subject. They just called me out on my last post.

All of the apartments in your building are occupied. There was only one that was vacant and it was moved into shortly after make ready. We try really hard to make you happy Mr. Clemmons, but unfortunately it never seems to be the case. As for the landscaping...again, what are you talking about? The landscaping is better than it has been in a long time and actually get a ton of compliments by residents etc.

I agree with the repeated requests not being met. I have had some about the landscaping BUT my big complaint which I have brought to their attention to many times is the so called work out room / gym. If your going to have one at least maintain it!!! Make sure the equipment works. Some losers in the complex have stollen almost all of the free weights, at least one of the eliptical machines is always broken among other complaints on this so called gym. If your going to show it to new tenants as an amenity then make some effort to maintain it. Can't wait to move!!!!!!
