this place is a total mirage....nice staff at first, then they turn on you, can't get ANYTHING fixed, my dishwasher has been broken for 2 months!!! do they care' NO! parking is abysmal. and god help you if you are late (even by a day) on the rent.... stay away if you can

Okay, yet another opinion! If you have a complaint about the staff not being friendly, then you should go speak with the manager...her door is always open. Workorders are completed with in 24hours...with the exception if you call in late of Friday and it's not considered an emergency...it will get done the following business day. If you are continuing to have issues with your diswaher...we are only a phone call away...you need to voice your concerns to us, not on this website. And yes, we do CARE! We do offer you 3 days past when your rent is due. We feel you should be responsible enough to pay your rent on time...again you have until midniht on the 3rd. I am sure that's what all of this negative is about...you were late and are upset....It's okay...other things to waste negative energy on right?!
