That said, the drawback is the office staff. Totally unreliable. Seldom keeps their word and generally treats people rudely. Looking at ratings on this site I saw a common thread. The management! I believe the manager to be Busygirl1 who has responded to several of the postings. What I know from my exposure to her is arrogance and rudeness, which is somewhat reflected in her responses to postings that she does not like. For example Busygirl1 called someone a coward because they choose to remain anonymous in their posting. Truth of the matter is I have repeatedly experienced poor service and rudeness from the office. For many months now I have requested a garage near my apartment. The one I have now is several apartment buildings away from mine. Although I have been promised repeatedly I would get one. I, to this day, do not have one close by. This is a fact in spite of at least five new tenants have moved in after my request and got garages right in front of my apartment. I finally had to call her boss to get many things fixed around here that was being ignored by the office, for example one of two of the workout machines were broken for many months, but were fixed with in days after the call. Right now the grill directly in back of the apartment is completely rusted away is is about to topple off the stand. It is not really that safe to use. When I asked about it, I was told they would submit a request for (funds''') to replace it but did not know when it would be replaced. Unfortunate, because I really love to grill outdoors. As far as how quick things get fixed! My air conditioning condenser in the attic leaked water for three weeks after notification before it was fixed. To this day they have not come back to finish repair on the ceiling where they had to cut away. I must confess however that the maintenance group is great. If you want things done Ask them. I'm certain if I went to them directly they would fix it. Bottom line. You have to take the bad with the good. Because We do love the apartment , the location, the pool and exercise room etc, and the fact I have great neighbors, we have chosen to stay for another year, which will be year four. If the management were more concern with the needs and concerns of the tenants and less abrasive this apartment would stand very high in my book, not the poor rating given by others. It would probably not have the turnover it has also.
