I lived there 3 years and just left today for a 1/study w/fireplace which is 200sq ft larger at the same price or I would have stayed. I was paying $855 for a 2/2.
I lived across from the washateria which was very convenient. There were a lot of deer and even a family of racoons. I've seen several 8 point bucks walking the the parking lot as well. The grounds are kept up fairly well but there is dog crap around if you venture into the grass.
It was extremely quiet even on Friday and Saturday night you could go out on the balcony in complete peace. I never had to deal with the apartment management more than a few times and I have no complaints.
If I don't get my deposit back I'll let you know. :v
