when you move out. I broke my lease due to a work relocation to another city. They gave me my payout due <$2,000. I left a forwarding address and my cell # has not changed. I was charged $122.00 which I found out 1.5 yrs later as it showed on my credit report as a collection. No phone call, no written notification, nothing. How can you pay something you don't know about' Combined income is 150k I spend that on shoes. Husband called to inquire paid it and was told by mgmt it would be taken care of. We could have taken care of it the day they decided we owed. Now, we both have a collection on the account that I am fighting. Already open a case with the BBB and complained to Archon. It was their calculated payout we paid in full upon move out. I guess the moral of this story is when you move out don't leave town.
