You can rent a house for what they charge for a 1 br/apt (650sq ft) - $821/mo - that is $130 more than I paid for my last lease period. They have torn up the health club, the pool has more algae than Lake Travis and we get a huge rent increase. They force you out of your apartment so they can do their Dallas upgrades. Do they pay for your expense and time' Of course not. The amenities they advertise are dust in the wind. They don't exist .... Club house is torn all to hell. This won't be fixed for months. But they still advertise it and its included in your rent. Management sucks, very cold, money oriented, they replaced the good Austin folks with Dallas cut throats ....

Everyone I have talked to is evacuating this place as fast as they can move .... MASS EXODUS!!! ... Avoid this P.O.S. at all costs.

P.S. The new name is Jefferson at the Arboretum.

It should be, "I live in Dallas and shop at the galleria ... and I need your money" - Not "Jefferson at the Arboretum" ...

I will make sure I warn anyone that comes here to look for an apartment to turn around and run as fast as you can. How good is high rent when you are at 13% occupancy JPI .... ' Penny wise, pound foolish.

This place is horrible .... never come here.
