I can't wait to leave this place. The rent increase is not worth it. There are plenty of places....even the complex next door that will provide a lot more for the price. The one thing that has really bothered me is the staff. There is one person in particular..-----! She really needs to learn to talk to people. Other than her, the rest of the staff is ok. The place looks better but we still can't use the pool or the gym. The pool and hot tub was one of the perks that made me decide to move here...so much for that. Also, there have been a lot of break ins. Over the couple of months I have been living here cars have been broken into about four different times. The sad thing is that the new staff no longer sends out letters to the residents informing them of the break ins so many of you may not even know how many times it has happened. There was also a guy that was assaulted in the parking lot a few months ago....I just know that it was a poor decision to move here I don't feel safe.
