Lived here a few years ago when the place was La Mirage and didn't have the best experience then, but figured surely it had changed over the years.... not so much. They were quickly bought by JPI shortly after I moved in... sucks sucks sucks. Where La Mirage paid for everything but water, JPI did not, so really when they say your rent is going to be $X amount of dollars, go ahead and add about $50-60 bucks on top.... and don't think that because you're going to paying well over $800 a month you're getting something special... you're not. If you're neighbor likes to cook smelly food, be prepared to have it smell up your apartment for days. Maintenance staff sucks and talking to the office people is like talking to a wall. Best bet is to look else where..... these are very old apartments that JPI is just covering up with a fresh coat of paint, new carpet and new appliances.... if you do decide to move there, sign the shortest lease possible.

and trash and sewer and blah blah blah. enjoy living in your apartment "home", because no one else does.

That is not true. You still pay for rent plus water. Staff could be a little more accommodating at times, but I find these apt. homes much better than others because they only have 8 units per building. The thing I like is that they are very well insulated and you can hardly hear traffic. I like the deer outside my windows, also.
