I was thinking of moving into these apts in a few months, but screw that! I have visited and the office lady is stuck up/snooty. And, if you have NOT noticed, after EVERY negative review someone responds to it with a protective message for the company. Its so obvious that the staff is responding, go to other random apt revies & you will not see NEAR AS many responses to the negatives. And its funny because once the new management took over, thats when all the responses started getting posted. Just let the tenants have their thoughts, they are helping others with a big decision they are about to make. Honestly, this place is about to get sold off & rent will stay/remain high. They have a nice pool, nice tanning bed, nice outdoors stuff. The inside of the apt is nice, not $1000 nice, but nice. The layouts are kind of funky for bigger furniture in the living/dining area.And when viewing an apt, I could hear EVERYTHING in the unit above me....paper thin walls. So be it. I would say live here if the rent was almost dollar to square foot. Peace yall. I cant wait to see which manager, office staff will respond. They are quick, usually with 1-3 days. Lets see on Monday! (its saturday today)

You can't rate an apartment when you haven't lived in it. And no, I'm not office staff. I live here, I don't particularly like this apartment at all, but I really hate it when people rate apartments on this website when they never lived here at all.

I DON'T live there, but I live in an apartment complex down the road. I don't think reviews should be posted by non-tenants either (this isn't a review, it's a response to a review). Really, this entire website seems like a bitchfest for tenants rather than an honest, accurate portrayal. All the people that do love where they live hardly ever take the time to post something good, so the approval ratings aren't really accurate either. I did take the time to post a good review where I live.
