The apartment I stayed in has no heat (unless you count the heaters dating back to the 1930's that leak gas).
The aircond units "work" but are very loud. The bathwater runs brown for a while. The voltage is inconsistant forcing me to buy a voltage regulator to get my computers working.
The manager is rarly available, i lost power because he was not around to fax me my lease (which still isn't filled out correctly).
The apartment is very small for the price ($750 for a small one bedroom), parking is half hazard, just a bunch of unasigned spaces. The water pressure is horrible, also we lack a dishwasher, so doing the dishs are near impossible.
