Ok - not bad but not wonderful

The apartments were nice and the management was professional. Our electric bills were extremely expensive, almost double that of our previous apartment just down the road. Our A/C broke twice, once in July and once in August. It took more that 48 hours for them to fix it the first time. The second time it was fixed in about an hour. Our refridgerator burned out and that took almost 3 days to be repaired, with no repayment for the tons of groceries I had just bought that were ruined.
But for the 8 months we were there, those were the only problems. In general, its nicer than most of the complexes in the area in that its not just catering to students.
