Great Grounds, Staff and Maintenance

I have lived here for almost a year and the maintenance guy is great and super friendly. Office staff is always helpful as well. The apartments are older, but the nicest ones that you will find in Far West.

I had problems with my hot water heater and maintenance worked on it several times to fix it and then finally gave me a new water heater without a hassle.
