The more recent reviews of this apartment are very accurate.
Juniper Springs' management team is very direct and truthful. The quirky, caffeinated apartment manager is someone you will come to know by name. She is great to her staff as well, always saying she loves Jose, our head-of-maintenance man. They even had a party for him at the apartment when he received his associate's degree a year ago.
We have complimentary concierge service here at Juniper Springs-- I cannot say I have taken full advantage of it, but this place is as luxurious as you're going to get for an apartment complex in Far West. It has all the comforts of home and much more. When you walk into your apartment unit with its calming, neutral-painted walls-- you'll know you're coming home.
The grounds are always well-kept and impressive. No suspicious types ever hang around. They have raised the bar on security lately as well. I must confess, at the apartment I lived at before, I would be able to overhear conversations nextdoor or worse, at times. They have the thickest walls here... and I never hear anything now!
They have variable lease terms here, which are accomodating to most people, I believe. I think they turned an apartment complex I used to live at into some tax-break, low-income residence. Boy, am I happy to be out of there! The rent is a good deal for living in Northwest Hills. For those who complain about price, I really don't know why. Check out apartmentguide.com and compare. If they would rather live in an area of town flooded with sex offenders and other criminals, that's fine... but they should be grateful to live in one of the safest areas of all of Austin. I have never heard of any auto theft or break-ins here, EVER. The parking lot is always well-lit and there is an abundance of available spots.
Maintenance is wonderful. They are great at what they do and they are highly efficient and organized.
Thic apartment complex is classic-looking. Your guests will be impressed.
I couldn't recommend this place more!
