Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I've been here for about 2 years...1-1 Floor plan...
Great maintainance (Jose & Eric are Hard Working Guys...A ), Friendly staff...(but the great Jerry got fired or laid off--don't no why but hope the management gets a somebody exactly like her..)
The price used to be highest at Farwest but with the specials last year...It's one of the cheapest...
Free cover parking with AC laundary room...putting green, basketball court...no W/D hook ups though...
Wish the place had more natural light but it depends on the location of your unit...
I highly recommend the Juniper Springs community...
