It's pretty good.

It's not bad. It's a bit overpriced for what you get - the appliances are old, our dishwasher has clearly been there for several decades and falls forward when we put a full load in.
Our apartment wasn't in perfect condition we moved in, but maintenance here is FANTASTIC and take care of everything immediately. I came home on my lunch break one afternoon, put in a work order for a non-functioning toilet, and they had arrived at my unit and fixed the issue by the time I had to go back to work, thirty minutes later. The office staff is extremely nice, as well.
I can hear my next door neighbors constantly - when they shower, when they talk above "indoor voice" level (which they do quite frequently), when their kids bang against the walls (again, very frequently). I can only hear my downstairs neighbors occasionally, but the walls are really thin.
We do have covered parking, which I never have a problem finding. I work until the middle of the night/early morning, and when I come home, I'm always able to find a covered spot.
Overall, not a bad place to live, but I don't plan on renewing. I can definitely find something comparable or better for the money.
